The gardens were absolutely stunning! 🌿 We spent every evening enjoying the beautiful fountains. The only downside was the breakfast chaos—it could definitely use more organization. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

The hotel has a stunning courtyard garden adorned with charming fountains and rattan sofas, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The proximity to the escalators leading to the old town makes exploring historic sites a breeze.
We encountered some frustrating issues during our stay, particularly with the limited dining options available from Monday to Thursday. the restaurant was closed, leaving us without convenient meals. The air conditioning in our room struggled to keep us cool, making it a bit uncomfortable at night, and the pillows were oddly shaped, lacking support. Additionally, although the breakfast offered local delicacies, the food ran out quickly, and replacements were slow, resulting in a less-than-ideal start to the day.

The hotel is a beautiful historical building with a lovely small pool where we enjoyed drinks while soaking in the views. One evening, we noticed how charming the lounge area was, perfect for unwinding after a long day
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still fair for what we got

The location is fantastic, just a two-minute walk to the old town escalators, and the beautiful pool area offers a refreshing escape. The garden is a green oasis, artfully decorated, making for a lovely atmosphere. However, some staff, particularly in the bar and breakfast areas, displayed a surly demeanor that impacted the overall experience. Several small details were overlooked, such as litter around the pool and unkempt terrace furniture, which detracted from the otherwise charming environment.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the historic old town and enjoyed some amazing local tapas. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a short walk to the escalators. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the outdoor areas were lovely to relax in. Just keep in mind that some rooms can be a bit dark due to the old building structure.
One downside was that our room felt a bit dated and could use some renovations. It wasn't as charming as the common areas or the courtyards, which are really beautiful.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We explored the area and loved visiting the historic sites, especially the cathedral and the Alcázar. The gardens were a highlight with their beautiful fountains. The staff were friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. I recommend checking the restaurant for breakfast. the selection is great!
Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working well during our stay. It was pretty uncomfortable at night, which made it hard to sleep.

I loved the beautiful architecture of this place and the fact that it was just a short walk to the stunning Cathedral Primada and the green spaces around Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, making my strolls so enjoyable and easy. as a single traveler, it was great to have such gorgeous scenery and rich history right at my doorstep.

The room was cozy but a bit small. The decor had that charming old-world vibe, which I liked, though it also felt a bit dated. The bed was comfy, which made up for the small space. Bathroom was decent, but the closet situation could use some work—felt cramped. Overall, it was okay for a short stay, just don't expect a ton of room to spread out.
